Good performance and I'm pleased we weren't humiliated as I thought we might be.
Substitutions were sensible to protect the players who were taken off for more important games.
How the hell has Vassell made a living out of football when he can't even do two of the most basic things, ie control the ball and pass the ball? He is dreadful, so bad in fact that I can't see anybody being stupid enough to take him off our hands.
I would offer to drive Hirst back to Leicester myself but, unfortunately lockdown rules won't let me!

Usually I’m quite critical of Warne’s tactics and substitutes but today I think he got it right.

Our aim this season is championship survival, so why risk injury to key players by keeping them on the pitch too long?

Well our Manager did exactly what he said he was going to do and huge credit to him for that.
There's No fun in sitting back and not getting out of our own half he said.
Well he set up the team to attack the opposition and have a fun day out. That's what life is about and they certainly did that.

Matt Olusunde said before the game its an opportunity for all the players to show what they can do and put themselves in the shop window. He certainly did that and then some.

How do you get shut of Kyle Vassell?
He's already turned a loan move down pre-season, unless he's changed his mind and prefers to go somewhere this next few weeks then we're stuck with him.

JUst tell him he is gonna be deselected from the 25 man squad. He might get the hint then he needs to go somewhere else. He is not championship quality and arguably not even Div 1. I wunt mind if he could hold up a ball, win headers or pass but he cant even do that, His only asset is his pace beyond that not much else... I don't believe there isnt someone better out there and cheaper.

I think Olasunde has the makings of a gerry forrest. He has rubber legs and is developing silky skills. If he gets consistency into his game he will be off. If we had someone similar at left back we would be up this league in no time. If we dont get anyone else this window we need to get a quality left back and a decent forward. That could be enough to keep us up. Go for it TS.

I think PW has dropped a hint as to what's being said to some players.
Vass is out of contract in June so he maybe one of those being told if you can get fixed up somewhere else for next season as well as the rest of this one then go.
Budgets will be even smaller next summer so it,s not the time for players to be holding out for a good deal

Vass could do a good job for Donny,he will score goals at that level.
