    I'm not going for the Ist 2 games , hate missing games but just getting over a chest infection taking my wife's advice.
    Ist time I've missed the ist home game of the season for getting on for 60 years.

    I've twice been to matches just days after having been in hospital after having mini strokes, but with the risk of covid,there's a chance of bringing back home to your family or wife.
    Hope to be there for 3rd home game.

    You are correct it helps reduce the spread, I think there is some evidence that they may offer some protection as well but it depends on the mask worn so I wouldnt quote that

    If you’re wearing a mask and a large % are not then you’re wasting your time unless it’s the type clamped to your face and with a breathing valve.

    Wearing one whilst sat in your seat watching on Saturday will be utterly pointless.
