We look like a division one side ...not a good one

Just a little harsh. This is a proper battle against quite a well organised and mobile battling team. They are very good at closing down quick and forcing us to make quick passes, a challenge we haven't risen well to. But we are competing well in what looks to me like a proper midfield battle away from home. And we're matching them at least, getting into some good chances but hard to see it's scoring, which is the most worrying thing. Hard to see what Kayode brings as seems to be chasing shadows and not breaking into good positions. Early days for the lad on his step up, but struggling to get a foothold in what is a very difficult game for a young forward, ahead of the midfield battle. Freddie would I think take up some more alternative positions and be more likely to be around for half chances. Maybe.

But it's a game that you have to battle like **** in midfield, keep it tight and eek out a winner of poss but take a week earned point if necessary.

It really is. How anyone can make any form of assessment from what we are seeing is beyond me.

I think the stats are are a fair reflection. We're certainly average but not terrible. Shaded first half hope for better in second.
