We scupper a great early lead as Hyde plays seek with the goal to bag a late brace after Rodders and Woots do the early damage.

    1-1 Ruben

I’ll be surprised if Roberts starts, he looked shattered on Saturday. If he doesn’t start, Mitchell will come in. I think O’Brien will start, with Francis making way and Palmer dropping into the holding role. Although I’m not sure dropping Francis is Burchnall’s style. He likes to give his players confidence. The only other change from Saturdays starting team may see Taylor come back in, depending on fitness or starting the bench.

It’s easy to feel a bit flat about our chances of picking up a result today after the frustration of Saturdays draw with Torquay. But these are the type of games that can throw up a surprise. I’m beginning to think we could spoil the party and get a result. There’ll be no point respecting by IB so be prepared for a bit of a rollercoaster. Should be goals galore!

Some very winnable games for the teams above us in the table today - D&R at Barnet, Chesterfield at King’s Lynn, Boreham Wood at Dover and Maidenhead at Weymouth.

The other big clash this midweek is Stockport v Grimsby tomorrow evening. Stockport beat the other relegated side, Southend, at the weekend, of course.
