    That's the problem with having international players, they play internationally.
    Doesn't help that new rules allow you to play for a country you once visited for a stag weekend. Mind you, if France had to pick only French people, they'd be stuffed.

    Can I just put it on record, I hate international breaks. Regardless of whether or not our players are involved in them.

    Best we can get out of them is a squad rest and a hope that key players don't pick up injuries

    I think it works against us in the championship. Were a team about high energy and press. So championship teams have to match that. If every 6 games they get a chance to recharge it imo combats the fatigued players. I haven't checked the stats or looked back over our past championship campaign though I'm guessing our better results come after longer periods between international game. Just my theory and I guess I should check facts to correct myself if wrong
