11 clean sheets in a row will do me

As long as they’re not all draws

I was sure it looked like more than 10k of a crowd yesterday. Sounds like the club pauchling the figures to stay under the limit for having to check covid vaccination status on entry. Thought the workrate and overall effort was much better than of late and was what it should be in every game. Glass has managed to get them geed up which will hopefully continue it the coming matches. It will be badly needed next Wednesday but we will be expected to lose so just the game to spring a surprise result.

Ken fit I laughs at? .... On match threads, if we get a win, by the end o' the day efter, the thread rins tae 5, 6, 7 pages.

Fan we get humped ... or maybe draw due tae a dodgy ref decision .... or even salvage a draw fae a late equaliser, by the end o' the day efter, we're lookin at 14, 15, 16 pages

Jist an observation, but invites the conclusion that ....

    a) We're a bunch o' moanin bassturds.
    b) There are nae near as mony happy clappers on here as some might suggest and ....
    c) Consequently, the Punss-peshers mak up a vast majority ... and tae the latter .. I sing ...

Just settling doon with my ipad on Saturday, a wifie came into the shop at 15.01 and dithered for a full hour.
She told me 500 times that she just wore ready readers and wasn’t going to spend money on a good pair of specs unless they were perfect.

I was being helpful, but in my head I was saying “THE FIBA’S ON”

I had to tidy up the mess left by someone trying on 350 pairs of specs and got home just in time to see Lewis lying injured.

Then supper, packing, spending some time with Mrs Donsdaft took up Saturday evening.

Up early on Sunday and spent the day travelling.

That’s my excuse for not being on here celebrating our victory.

    Great goal by the way.

I think it’s easier to vent your anger and when the team loses a match we feel the urge to tell others our thoughts on what should happen and how to fix a problem. (Whether we know better or not )

Pleased with the sun on Saturday, was working but managed to catch the highlights and was pleased with what I saw.

Huge win for Glass and now we need to build up some momentum, 4 points from next two fixtures would be a decent return.

I’ve got a feeling we might do ok on Wednesday night if we can avoid conceding the obligatory penalty and keep 11 men on the park.

So glad aberdeen got the 3 points! Scotland needs a strong new firm. Yer other half look strong this season, but st Johnstone looking like they are still hungover fae the highs of winning a double last season. Anyway hope to see aberdeen build on this and take points fae Celtic, hearts and Dundee United!! Top 6 is very achievable!

Thoroughly solid performance from our reds at the weekend. Cruised through the first half and took more of a McInnes 'shut up shop' approach to the second half which ultimately paid off. Having somebody else (Watkins) up there to give defenders something to think about made the world of difference for Ramirez. One of my favourite dons goals in a long time. The only player that looked like he wouldn't get a game for a team in the lower divisions was Longstaff, funny that. Another big shout out to Joe Lewis, looked like he had something to prove and did it by sticking his whole body on the line.

Looking at where we were at before Saturday, I think I told myself I'd be happy with 4 points of the available 9 this week. Now I won't be happy with anything less than 6.
