It shows how shallow the squad is. Clark (ok he scored but so could Durnan), Pawlett and Glass all offer nothing.

    Why do we continue.

Good time for an international break. Reset, recharge and iron out the issues. Not like us to be as poor defensively.

On the positive side, created a number of chances and made Gordon work too. We weren't creating much earlier this season or any of last season.

Still 4th, still more improvements to make. Time to dig in now we are having a little sticky spell

    Had a go.
    Unlucky.
We will have results like this but 100%. Better than last season

Hearts are a decent side, so needs to be taken into consideration. I thought we competed well today, but cheap goals contributed to a bit of a flattering result for Hearts. We are still in a decent position, just need to regroup and get back to doing what we’ve been doing previously. We will not win every week, and better losing to teams in the top half of the league, than elsewhere. SRYB!

This is the bump in the road that posters, manager etc talked about. At least this time we are not playing sh*te...
A few poor individual performances and mistakes lately yes, but overall the team still tried (and did) at times play some good futba.
Gless still half ful. Good time for a break, re-group, re-think......... Scoreline doesn't reflect the whole match, but we have had some wins that the opposition were probably thinking the same thing...

    Not too worried just now

Poor, poor defensively. McMann was run ragged at times during the first half. Freeman's great going forward but defensively isn't the best. Hearts punished us in these areas. Mulgrew probably shouldn't have started with carrying an injury before the game. Kerr Smith looks nothing like the player he's made out to be every time he's played for us if I'm being honest. Not sure bit part games are doing much for his development. Really missed Levitt in the middle. Glass looks promising but just isn't quite there yet. Oh and we badly need a decent striker. Biamou looks pish. Even Siegrist was making mistakes. It was just one of those days. Time to regroup and see if the manager has the cahonies to pick the players up when their down. Its all good when we're winning but that's two defeats on the bounce now. The SSB's would be a great time to stop that rot.

we will get a few thumpings away from home if we play that open and defend poorly. Thought we were really naive, very easy for them to pick us off with spaces we were leaving, wont be an away team so open at Tynecastle all season. Need to re-set ourselves again and get back to basics, cut out the gifts.

Spot on. Tactics were all wrong. Completely exposed in the wide areas. Xmas tree formation doesn't work if opposition play players Wide and high against you. Impossible for the full backs to cope. Disappointed that he doesn't see that. Big fan of what he's done. This will be the test. To see if he can change when things start to go against him.

Please, please, please no one come on here and say......oh well we have more points than I'd ever thought we'd have at this point so all is well......that was fkn awful defensively and I include the midfield in that too.....1 point from the last 9.....mon Tam....Time for a reaction because that was fkn woeful.
