    Just like watching Crewe.
When Dario Grady was the manager.
Lovely tippy tappy football - resulting in a damp squib in front of goal.
    AAAaaaarrrrrhhhhh !!!!!

Can someone explain to me why we have to have THREE 6’5” centre backs each weighing 14 stone.
But up front we have 2 umpa lumpa’s weighing 6 stone each that are consistently brushed off the ball.
    Nothing again sticking up front.
If we need strong players at the back - we need them at the front.

Midfielders getting to the 18 yarder and then stopping and looking around at each other.

Morris and Dike would have had a field day against Cardiff.
    Very very disappointing.
    2nd Half
    Hahahaha 😂😂😂
It was always going to be decided by an error.

Their No.10 does a Daryl Dike on us and his upper body strength decides the game.

We then send our strong centre backs forward because we haven’t replaced Dike.
All because of the tippy tappy SHOP WINDOW tactics imposed on Barnsley by our great leaders Lee and Conway.

What surprises me is that some fans thought it was a decent 1st Half 😮

That was HORRIBLY to watch from start to finish.

If Asbaghi was behind that starting line up and formation, then hes even more deluded than I thought.
But surprisingly, it sounded like it was working ok and good to look at without being effective, in that first half.
Its yet another 3 points missed in a miserable season, which has been packed full of missed opportunities. The Champship has looked more average this season and we have still got worse in it.

2 of those 6ft4 14st center backs were easily brushed aside for the Cardiff winner. The 6ft4 center backs possess absolutely no threat for us at set pieces going forward either. Mek no wonder nubdy ez come in for em last summer or this January!

Their No 10 had a reight set of shoulders and brushed our centre backs aside.
That didn’t happen to those centre backs much last season.

Lack of intelligence and skill - Championship clubs employ muscle up front.
    Even Fulham.
    And now Bournemouth.

The culture of playing has been set by the owners - and it was clearly evident tonight.
You can see where it’s going.
Barnsley the sort of Championship equivalent of Liverpool.
But it’s going to take a long long time to get there.
    How many seasons - I don’t know.

Bit harsh some comments on here tonight ? Some negatives from that performance but not many , positives out weigh the negatives IMO , good performance all round and certainly deserved a minimum of one point , it's easy to slate these young lads , something we all do and generally the slating has been deserved , not tonight though , some really impressive performances , and they showed some fight against an horrible Cardiff side playing anti football , the gods and everyone seem to be against us , pleased with the new loan lads , Gomes gets better and better , can't fault the effort of all the team , Lady Luck will return at last next Saturday ,,,,

That’s the best we’ve played all season couldn’t ask for more from the lads tonight.
Two very poor goals conceded in the last two games after looking reasonably comfortable for 178 minutes.

Its just getting harder to accept though Roma, that we've failed to beat this awful anti-footballing Cardiff team yet again.
Despite the good play and the effort from us that has been mentioned, it was always nailed on that they would smash n grab another 0-1 win.

A thowt first aif the wo some good football from us Roma. Lads worked hard and deserved a result tonight but i feel the defensive nature in which Cardiff set their team up let us have the ball and invited us on, which in my opinion, made the performance look better than it actually was. The disappointing thing is that their keeper barely had a save to make and the goal we conceded was a real shocker.
