Hopefully it will be some of the u15,s who hang about outside the away end at FT when away fans just want to go home
Doncaster Rovers change away ticket policy, due to the rise of anti-social behaviour.
The club has confirmed that away matches will be all ticket, for the rest of the season
following discussions with the EFL.
Doncaster Rovers said, the decision comes after several arrests & banning orders
were issued across multiple matches.
The behaviour of football fans is very much in the spotlight at present, with a growing
trend of worrying incidents.
The club says, there is no away pay on the day matches, unless pre-agreed with the
club they are playing.
Summary - Doncaster Rovers say away games will be all ticket, yet in the statement
they say pay on the day, if pre-agreed with the club they visit.
But Doncaster Rovers can not influence another club, at their own ground.
The Bolton Wanderers banning orders of 14 of its supporters, has been posted,
but there is other information, regarding the fans of Bolton Wanderers.
Bolton Wanderers issued banning orders to 14 of its supporters, due to incidents of
disorder & anti-social behaviour, at three of their recent fixtures.
After working with Greater Manchester police to investigate incidents at the home
games, against Sunderland & Cambridge United, & last Saturdays away game on
the 5th February at Morcambe, Bolton Wanderers issued the orders to individuals,
from the ages of 15 to 57 years.
Eight orders issued for the Morcambe game
Four orders issued for the Cambridge United game
Two orders issued for the Sunderland game
These numbers are set to rise over the coming weeks, with further banning orders
relating to games against Sunderland & Morcambe, following further investigation
with the Greater Manchester police.
Similar action took place in October 2021, at the home game against Wigan Athletic,
which takes the banning orders by Bolton Wanderers, to over 30 supporters.
In addition, there is currently 48 police enforced national ban orders in place,
related to Bolton Wanderers supporters.
57 year olds!!!! My God. I just don’t get it. I don’t get it at any age but 57 years of age??
Football really do have a problem and Bolton should be congratulated on sorting it out promptly but I would wager there are issues like this within every fan base which unfortunately tarnish the clubs as we well know.
This really should come as no surprise as this anti social behaviour is rife all over the country so it was no surprise that it arises in our National game.
Let’s get respect back into the game and get the louts out. It is time for ALL clubs to unite in their condemnation of anti social behaviour infiltrating our great game.
Up the Millers!!

We absolutely recognise that the behaviour of this minority is NOT representative of a fanbase that we are incredibly proud to call our own.

Not sure if banning orders can be enforced though.
Other people can buy tickets for them, sit in another part of the ground and grow a beard or somat.
Fair play to Bolton for trying though and it may deter some of them
It's obviously a problem throughout football, and society in general, but I don't think we can afford any more incidents this season.
25 banning orders at Barnsley too.
I definitely think it's due to the effect of the lockdowns.
The events of the last 2 years will have profound and long-lasting consequences.
