I think some are mistaking the point of the original post, the point is Warne struggles with the pressure at the business end of the season, as as the leader that goes from him to others. Does that make him a crap manager? NO, does that mean he needs to go? NO. As someone said it does mean he is limited, but as fans we can discuss the issue and criticise where we see validity in our criticisms. It doesn't mean we don't love the club, or that we don't support the team when it matters. Now I think everyone on this site wants us to go to Portsmouth put in a great performamce and get 3 points, but I think if we are being realistic on what we have seen since the beginning of the year and particularly in the last 7 games, it is highly unlikely. My concerns are about the poor decision making, the poor interviews and seemingly inability to understand what has happened to team as quite concerning.Examples - PW decided to not strenthen his squad in January (that comes from a TS interview), PW decided to rest key players gainst Shrewsbury because they had potential injuries, but then let them go on international duty, PW decides to not play REG who was outstanding in our unbeaten run. PW says in an interview in the clubs major game that he didn't know there was extra time!! What sort of planning did he and his coaches do?? PW keeps talking up the opposition, and keeps telling us his players are tired or fatigued, PW states in interviews he is puzzled by what is wrong. I have never rated his coaches they don't seem to be helping him deal with the pressure and certainly from performances they aren't helping the players. Successful sports performamce during extended periods of pressure is achiebved by those that deal with the pressure the best, fitness, talent, tactics etc are important but secondary at that time. Now none of us know what goes on and what the club have tried to do to help, but for me it is clear that whatever we have tried isn't working and we should look at what others do and try something different, otherwise I see us scraping into the play-offs and limping out of the semi-finals unrecognisable from the team prior to the turmn of the year. last point I do agree the loss of Grigg has hit us hard, he connects the midfield to the attack.
We signed ajayi at the same time and lots we’re criticising him to the hilt because we was struggling…think they was all wrong on him too….
All managers make those mistakes and statements….remember evans with Tom Thorpe and Conor newton to name a couple….”premier league and quality players he said”….warne has probably got more right than wrong…but it’s always easy to quote the bad ones when things aren’t going quite right..

Ajayi 1st time I watched him he was raw but young enough to improve which he did. Players like Grigg they are on the way down can't waste wages on them like we did with Potter Jones S Mac someone at the club must have a say on how budget is used players like that it's just de
He is a brilliant manager in my eyes.
If he keeps us up in the championship the best the club has ever had in my eyes
To play in front off thousands off people and do the job he does you do have to have alot off self belief.
But I have noticed there is a bit off doubt in him.
But that could just be his personality been humble and down to earth.
I understand what your saying.
Kelly hasn't even played.
I bet no one has even seen him training for more than 3 sessions
So to comment about him is a bit absurd.
Like I have said previously no manager in the history off football has not made bad signings.
Some managers have multi million pound scouting set ups and pay millions off pounds for the player and still make bad signings.
How many did Steve Evans make?
