Did some stretching and warm ups the other day (per my 1990 Nick Faldo video) and was feeling great. Later that day I stretched up to hang a frying pan on a pot rack we have on the kitchen ceiling and I think I've put my shoulder out. There's always crazy golf I suppose

Despite all the concerns about our involvement in the 'tinpot trophy' and the impact it may have had on our league performances (not all of them may be negative BTW), I think a day out at Wembley and a chance to enjoy the day may just be the prescription the management, players and fans need after yesterday's disappointment. Time will tell!
