By setting such a rigid set of parameters, the owners are limiting the number of suitable candidates in the UK, so we may have to look overseas where the model is better accepted and not be surprised if we’ve never heard of the coach. IB’s departure does seem to have caught the Reedtz bros somewhat unawares, though, which surprises me a little.

I’m more concerned right now with the fans saying they’ve not renewed their season tickets yet, because that’s more likely to keep us stuck down here for longer.
You’re guessing all the way new6pie, thus are baseless rumours spread.

… and here we are, 2022 and seemingly stuck forever in the goddam hell hole of the Conference… and now we cannot convince a bloke with a sports degree who no one has ever heard of, to become our manager.

He’s opted instead to continue to manage a club with more part timers than professionals, who regularly attract 2000 supporters to their games.

Ditto season ticket… money is staying in my pocket until persuaded otherwise… the first time in 30 odd years.

The Bros are going to have to show some real ambition with this appointment, not many will want to be just a coach in this league.

    This ^

We're letting go of the rope and sinking into the non-league swamp, 1st season - Lost Final, 2nd - lost Semi final, 3rd - lost Quarter final. Managers and strikers leaving for smaller clubs...
Has this turned into a nightmare for them? If so, they should look to sell on. If not, they should consider the prospect of spending 10 more years going to Dorking, Maidstone and the like and do something about it fast, starting with an ambitious coaching appointment.

This will make or break the bros. Get it wrong & things could get nasty, as seen before with previous owners. They also need to show a bit of ambition to get out of this tin pot league.
