Lol. Tis true us supporters are of course allowed favourite players and unbeloved ones form almost unshakeable opinions and stick to them but the same doesn't appear to apply to managers/head coaches.

The gaffer can pick a formation, a starting XI and a match day squad, obviously they are never going to satisfy every fans wishes or come even close. This can be quickly forgotten on here.

Vinny gets a chance every day at training and obviously doesn’t impress.
I like his energy but I don’t know where you get that he’s only had one bad game from.
We are lacking in midfield but Vincent isn’t the answer to the problem IMO.
He’s a young lad and I certainly think he’s got potential.

Based on what I read on here he had a couple of good games and was then deservedly dropped for lack of attention on the pitch ( which comes across in his interviews) and a lot of short and misplaced passes. The fact he's gone out on loan simply suggests his options at ML are going to very limited and we have new midfielders on the way in.

If I’d have picked JOB yesterday after sending Vincent out on loan I’d have considered my position out of embarrassment alone.

I am certainly not ITK but I would be flabbergasted if there is not at least one new midfielder here within the week. And based on what I saw of the game required sooner than that!
