It's exactly the same facilities and same price for home fans too, £33 is the price on the Kop. I'd pay that for the odd special match but not on a regular basis, hence I feel forced to buy a season ticket which to fair are quite cheap so represent excellent value.

This match has been made category A, so is a bit higher than normal.
Last season we generally had 60% of our games category B and 40% category A.

I'm sure a few year back SW were charging away fans £40 for their cat A matches.
The SW chairman defended his prices by saying "if you're a genuine SW fan then you'll buy a season ticket which work out at £19 a match"
"Also if you can't commit to paying for a ST in one go we offer credit arrangements to pay it gradually over a few months"

This high pay on the day policy resulted in record season ticket sales for Sheff Wed.
United have recently raised their pay on the day prices but kept ST prices reasonable and also have had record season ticket sales.

Surely that’s what it’s all about, forcing people into buying season tickets because match day price are so exorbitant ? Can’t imagine the seating is the same on the kop because the rake is a lot higher meaning you can see over the head of the man,or woman,in front of you ?

I ordered another on Friday and it hasn’t arrived yet. Posties are on strike tomorrow and Friday.
Any suggestions? I’m going to phone the club tomorrow and ask about a replacement e-ticket

Don’t forget there’s postal strikes so might be best to collect or have them sent to the away clubs for collection
