it's about the "time" you have and the decision you make - sub, smacking a ball into an opposition player and where it goes after is completely different in relation to having the measure of a ball.....which in both cases, Ekdal had....his choice, was to send the ball into danger when he had easy options to nullify the threat.

it's not a pub team ,these guys are paid 10's of thousands pw, and were still talking rudiments.
