Both teams are going to create chances.
I think this is just going to be a question of who is the most clinical in front of goal.
A bumper Easter preview including in depth opposition analysis, particularly with Wrexham in mind . . .

When we played them at home, as said above, we played them off the park in the first half, but they were starting to get a foothold as we approached half time. I remember the second half that they had the best of it and I think we were a little lucky to keep the lead and win the game. Not that I'm complaining, just as I remember it.
I have been convinced Wrexham would slip up. I've seen them in a few games this season and in many they didn't play particularly well, but in all of them found a way over the line. I actually now think that they're just a really good side and as much as it pains me to say, I don't see them dropping any points.

Both teams have improved since that first game. I don’t need to listen or watch this clip to know that some Wrexham fans think they are better because they have recruited some excellent players for this level since that game. We have improved due to being better coached. Both teams in that respect have improved.
The difference for me now is the little bit of luck, that rub off the green. It’s nothing to do with brown envelopes etc… we have a stone wall penalty not given in a game we went in to lose, most referees give it (Daggers). Wrexham score a goal that’s the winner when many referees probably give a foul on the keeper (Southend).
At this stage it’s fine margins that separate the 2 best teams to play in the National League. I hope both are playing in the EFL next season.
You couldn't make this stuff up really, could ya. Monday night's clash will be one for the football history books, however it goes down.
And I gotta say, this season's been absolutely phenomenal. This is definitely the first time I would say we really don't belong in this league, and neither to Wrexham. The numbers are absolutely unequivocal on that.
