I previously posted that the Club could have saved themselves a lot of money if they had remained at Dens Park instead of signing a contract to use the suite of offices in the Gardyne Campus which were surplus to requirements for Dundee and Angus College. I think that the contract is for three years with an extra year if required.
I suspect that Nelms signed this deal with Dundee and Angus College as Dark Blues Property Holdings Limited were planning to buy back Dens Park and then immediately sell it to a third party.
The offices in Dens Park are lying empty and Dundee FC would be forced to ground share until the new stadium development at Campy Nou was eventually built.
