Preston v Sunderland, both sets of fans belting out the national anthem, no booing

Liverpool to Preston is about 35 miles

Are they that much different? Or is it just Liverpool fans being ****s?

I wanted " Land of Hope and Glory " for anthem, but you could say it would be a
ideal anthem for the refugees, with Money in place of Glory.

We could be like Spain and just have a song with no lyrics

Perfect - even has a bit of movement and clapping to encourage participation.

That 35 miles with respect Grist may as well be the same distance as it is to the moon for all the relevance it offers .

Your talking about a City that's totally different to anywhere in England .

As I said in a previous post the people of Liverpool didn't wake up one morning and decide to become left wing , militant and anti establishment .

There had to huge reasons why that happened , docks decimated , Thatcher throwing everyone on the dole and the total lack of anyone in power to actually give a shyte about them .

The people of Liverpool have never stopped fighting for what they believe in whilst the rest of us gave it up or just became tired of it and it wore us out eventually .

Some truth in that but you could say Newcastle had the same deprivation and quite a few others also

Basically if the UK had piles they would be in Liverpool

As I say we all gave it up including Newcastle .

The people of Liverpool never will and if they are beaten they won't go away , they come back and back and back again .

    Hillsborough proves the point .

    Not sure that it does.

There are a lot of people in Sheffield that still believe Liverpool fans weren’t entirely innocent but were a contributing factor in the disaster.

And they aren’t all Wednesday fans

They were entirely innocent and all the previous blame was thrown out .

It was thrown out by an official Inquiry who were presented with the facts and when they were presented with those facts that's the decision they came to .

What anybody else wants to believe is up to them but they are wrong .

What anybody else wants to believe because they perhaps have an agenda with Liverpool supporters or even people from Liverpool is up to them but once again they are wrong .

They are as wrong as they'd be right for blaming Liverpool supporters for the tragedy at Heysel Stadium .

Too right they were to blame and the guilty were found , put on trial and sentenced and Liverpool were banned from playing in Europe as well as all our clubs were .

The families of the deceased at Heysal got their justice , they received it quickly , not over 30 years later because of Police , Government and Establishment covering up for one another .

The South Yorkshire Police were guilty of catastrophic failure in 1989 , it's a proven fact .
