I don't put bets on intentionally I don't think I can't win. Championship was poor last year else we'd have gone down. We got 11 wins when rarely we had a side we could field that would make us competitive on a skills level. On that level this season sure there'll be an improvement. 15 wins how see it it's a matter of when not if we get them. Morrison could be a key player for us when he plays a Wood type centre back.

[QUOTE=Brin;40310478]Actually pal, currently in Sicily on a cruise ship 40 degrees today 🥵 🌞😎🍺🍺 these bets are the last thing on my mind 😉

I take your point though in that as always, the noise on incoming signings is almost deafening[/QUOTE

Been there loved it. Stayed in Catania.

    Have a good holiday.

Hectic with all these new signings innit?

Convinced I won't have to pay a penny out in bets this season.

If Kaikai Sharp Fosu aren't here August 5th I'll be more confident.

Tonight was extremely worrying. We have gone backwards since we played 'boro a few months ago and as a squad, we are significantly weaker

Pre- season regarding new players etc has been a disaster.

You are very close to unravelling the IBS enigma. Only one person has just about nailed it and that was gmgm and like you once he worked it out, he had fun with it.

Enjoy our annual bet Brin- some might question if I do pay the hospice- but I have kept all receipts from money paid to them which I always reference with 'millersmad bet'. Also did that with the Blue Bell Wood donation.

I will take your bet sir, on one condition, that I also can call a bet on- which you must accept.

Just to clarify your bet, I will pay
£25 to Hospice if Hugill scores more than 9 goals in the CHAMPIONSHIP this season.

My bet which is a £25 donation to Bluebell Wood, is that I think we will not win more than 10 CHAMPIONSHIP games this season.

Do you accept my wager sir?
ibs, what a shame Jordan's goal wasn't a Championship one today, I would have been up and running . That's it now though, he's got a taste and there will be no stopping him

I had a bet on when you'd appear and picked between 4:30 and 5:00. Thankfully I've now covered my 25 quid 11 wins bet

    Star player- sent off
    Defensive injury crisis
    Confidence giving a kicking

    10 wins
    No chance

Just listened to MT'S post match interview- which was atrocious. He talks about our crocked central defenders...that's where they are in terms of their bodies.....etc

It sounds as though its late February and we are already two thirds through the season.

It's the first game and we now have an injury crisis?

    Begs the question:

Why did we sign any of them?
