I'm angry at Linda because he treats 3rd, 4 th and 5 th generation Dee's as ****s.

Gary Bowyer did more in 11 mths to engage with fans than Linda and his sycophants have done in a decade.

But still he gets away with it.
Linda surrounds himself with a very small circle of close and loyal friends. You just need to look at the list of Dundee FC Community Trust trustees to see for yourself. Gerard Dignan has been a trustee from the outset in November 2017 with the rest of them being friends or associates of Linda.

If John Nelms never says a word about it but it gets done that's a result in my book. PATG and a modern ticketing system should also be a continual issue until something is done about it.
Dee4life offered in September 2022 to pay for the full cost of the installation of an E ticketing system in Dens Park but Nelms turned it down. Greg Fenton told me in July 2022 that there was no demand for PATG but if there was he would look at it again.
Greg Fenton is obviously out of touch with things at Dens Park as I know for a fact that thanks to me raising the lack of PATG for Dundee supporters at the Dee4life board of directors meeting on 13th December 2022, Kenny Valentine raised the subject when he spoke with Greg Fenton in early January 2023 after handing over the ‘infamous’ hot water bottles donated by Dee4life to the Dundee FC Community Trust at a total cost of £300.31.
I should know as I countersigned the cheque.

Linda has no time for Dee4life especially since the Dee4life members as a result of a vote in January 2019 refused to sell all their A shares to FPS for the derisory sum of £8,000 which FPS later increased to £10,000.
At the time all the Dundee Football Club Limited shares held by Dee4life were valued in their annual accounts at a nominal value of £1.
Linda stated that FPS were paying 8,000 times the £1 value in the Dee4life accounts for the A shares alone.
After I became a Dee4life Co-opted Director I insisted that the true value of all the Dundee Football Club Limited shares held by Dee4life were stated in the Dee4life annual accounts based on the 1.35p per share which FPS use for their ‘debt for equity’ share transactions.
The total value of the Dundee Football Club Limited shares held by Dee4life including the A shares and Ordinary shares is just over £554k somewhat more than the nominal £1 previously listed.
Incidentally the Arab Trust value their shareholding in The Dundee United Football Company Limited at around £33 per share in their annual accounts and they have done so for a number of years even when MMJ had sold Tannadice Park and all the land around Tannadice including Gussie Park to rich supporters to keep the wolves from the door.

Value of shares in a private limited company is difficult to determine. Minority share holdings are worth less if they comprise less than 25% of the issued share capital. I think Dee4life should be trying to buy Dens.

A Dee4life Director submitted a business case to John Nelms in early 2015 for the buyback of Dens Park and Nelms was not interested.
A very strange decision considering Nelms was part of FPS who stated when they purchased a majority shareholding in Dundee Football Club Limited on 13th August 2013 that they would buy back Dens Park from Sandeman Properties Limited and the Dundee supporters could repay them over a period of time.
The Arab Trust own a lot less than 25% of the issued share capital of The Dundee United Football Company Limited but they still value their shares at the full price.
FPS own 75% of the share capital of Dundee Football Club Limited with minority shareholders including Dee4life who own he largest shareholding after FPS with over 40 million shares including the A shares owning the remainder.
The DSA own 1,646 shares in Dundee Football Club Limited which at 1.35p per share equates to the princely sum of £22.22. This would not pay for cost of an adult ticket attending a home game at Dens Park during the 2023-24 season.

The full price will be a historical one. Think their American owners would be happy to get out at almost any price. You can't make regular money in Scottish football. Selling players is not a great strategy, bringing on youngsters doesn't work either imo, and the deals for TV rights are quite low because the market does not seem to be capable of growing. OF have stranglehold, it's been that way for decades.

The Yanks did not do their homework prior to purchasing a majority shareholding in Dundee Football Club Limited. It was well documented at the time that they wanted to invest because Dundee Football Club Limited was ‘debt free’.
A quick search on the internet would have explained why.
All their debts apart from ‘Football debt’ and the cost of the Administration had been cleared as a result of Admin 2.
In my opinion anyone who puts money into a Scottish Professional Football Club is throwing their money away.
The transfer market is now greatly diminished thanks to Bosman.
The TV money Premier League clubs in Scotland receive each season from SKY is a fraction of what the Premier League Clubs in England receive annually.
It was reported that Fulham FC received £150 million from SKY as a result of finishing in 10th place in the Premier League in England last season.
Last June I read in an article that Dundee FC received £799,500 as a result of winning the Championship plus League Cup prize money etc.

Despite the massive sums of money pumped into EPL their costs just keep soaring. Saudis seem determined to spend their money at home. This might force a rethink amongst current owners.
