I honestly do not know the handball rule.
It clearly hit his hand in the box. They've been given many times. VAR reffing the game there.

The ref saw the handball in real time which is why he gave a penalty. He also saw the handball in slow mo on VAR, but chanegd his mind?
Just confusing to me.
