That is great news. It doesn't tell you that they trained with the first team because Ayres parents have a big garden and so the first team could all train there as roundwood isn't fit for a pub team to train on

Genuine question- can these young players just be added to our squad then as I thought we had to submit a squad of 25 post January 31st, or is it the simple fact because they are home grown/come through the youth set up just be added to the team line up immediately anyway?

You can have as many under 21 players as you want that’s why such as Wednesday have a Massive squad !

Yes, they don’t count towards the 25 man squad.
