I just haven’t got the heart to slag them off because I know that if I had wind of a red hot tip then I would probably act on it,if it was wrong for me to do so then I would probably pass the information on to my brother in law or someone in the family,I wouldn’t be able to help myself

I got a letter today from Keir Starmer, well it was a mass produced letter with my name on front which was asking me to vote Labour and the reasons why,has this letter gone out to every household in the uk because that’s gonna cost a pretty penny,I think that they know that victory is only a week away and going for it but by what majority will the win be by with nothing but bad news lately for the Torys

The final day of canvassing is here and Labour are out in force giving out pamphlets, lastest one says that voting for Micheal Payne is the only way to beat the conservatives because under the first past the post voting system the Greens and Lib Dems are out of the running and voting for them only helps the conservatives,no it just means that you don’t want to vote for either of the top two parties

It was a close run thing back in 2019 going by the stats on the pamphlet with the Conservatives nudging it 23.718 to Labours 22,039,I’m guessing that the gap won’t be so close tomorrow

So the time of reckoning has arrived, this time tomorrow Rishi and his mates will be phoning Pickfords,do you think that the Conservatives will vote for a new leader or will they stick with the multi millionaire? Will Labour be just as bad as the Tories with their promises and pledges or will they try and be the party of the people or just gorge themselves on the banquet of power?

I’ve always had it in my head that you wasn’t allowed to canvas the public on Election Day but I’ve had a young girl knocking on my door trying to get me to vote Labour, because she was pretty I told her that I was Labour born and bred and as I had Coco on my shoulder we had a chat about parrots and animals, turns out she had never held a cockatoo before (Noooo!) so she was delighted to make friends with Coco and made her day
Anyway if political parties are allowed to canvas on voting day why aren’t the others out in force, fair play to Labour to giving it the hard sell over the past few weeks
