leveling and re seeding the pitch will look good but will not resolve any lower compaction if there is any. Im on the same planet as you, ask an adult if you dont know what its called.

Read this very carefully - the pitch is not being levelled and re-seeded; that's been done in each of the last two or three seasons (I believe) but now it's been dug up and the root cause, no idea what that is, is being sorted.

Please stop talking p1sh, it simply makes you look like a total moron.

nice language, so the pic online was an fake image. Have you read other posts on this forum, people now starting to think the drains are not the problem. whats your solution to this issue? Mushrooms are left in the dark and fer s***.

Can anyone tell me what this Roma tube is havering on about? To reiterate what Deeranged posted earlier the levelling and reseeding has been done for a number of seasons and this has been ineffective ending up with the problems we had this last season. The club finally decided, or had it decided for them, that they couldn't muddle on until the new stadium appears and proper drainage works would require to be done on the pitch. That we are told is what is being done now by Roma's club's ex groundsman together with a reputable firm of pitch experts. So what is Roma's point apart from blethering pish and making a fool of himself. He tried to come across as some sort of expert, but in what, trying to wind up the opposition support.

As I have posted in the past I got banned from dayglo' mad after only one post that was not abusive but simply pointed out that Tannadice crowd figures should be filed under fiction rather than fact. I argued that if they could post on our side we should be allowed to do the same and more or less suggested that we should thole their contributions but Roma sure tests that idea. Maybe I've changed my mind and some moderator should ban him and give us all peace!

What online pic? I reckon many on this forum think that the drains are not the problem, the Dens Road external drains that is. I think the vast majority believe that the under pitch drains ARE the problem and these, we are told are in the process of being upgraded and sorted. Honestly I haven't a clue what this Roma character is raving on about and to be honest I don't think he has either.

Well it's the pitch drains they are sorting. If there is anything wrong with the Dens Road drains it certainly won't be Dundee Football Club that is involved in sorting them.

Would the club consult about the link to the Dens Road drains? Surely they should find out if the link to the Dens Road drains is not the cause of the problem. Nobody would spend a lot of money on our pitch and internal drains without first being certain that the work being done will fix the problem.
