Poor performance in the second half after a promising first half. Abuse on here is embarrassing as is the usual case after a defeat. Have a lovely festive period and drink responsibly.

I went yesterday, and a very poor game quality wise which was no surprise considering the gale force wind. However, we played reasonably well first half and got in behind them down our left side 2 or 3 times and then put in a poor cross. Lots of posession in the first half without creating one decent chance, and then Nombe decides to head a ball that he can only head back towards his own net, when he should have left it, and put it on a plate for their player to score. The first 15 mins or so of 2nd half we couldn't get out of our own half as Mansfield ran us ragged, but eventually we managed to start to get forward but without ever looking like we would score. I thought Phillips in goal did well, he had no chance with the goal, and whilst his kicking down field was hampered by the wind, he regularly threw the ball out to the full backs to try and get us going forward but all in all a poor quality game, which considering the conditions is no surprise, and one big mistake by us to gift them their winner. I did praise him last week and I will always call it as I see it.
Last week warranted praise but yesterday was back to normal. This season has been poor for the majority.
I didn?t say you give a bias report but Tbf pal. You on numerous occasions accuse the ones criticising him as being blinkered because of their dislike of Evans.

It?s not true in the main he?s getting criticism because it?s awful to watch and he won?t take any accountability and persists with what can be described as awful football.
He?s not the right man for us and never was. His after match interviews are embarrassing he actually believes what he?s saying.
I don?t shout abuse at him or the players at the game but I?ll vent if you want to call it that on here.
You can?t keep saying it?s because we don?t like him it?s more than that.

True. It was a lacklustre performance in the second half. However, unnecessary abuse on here aimed at SE.
SE got quite a lot of verbal abuse from some of the Mansfield contingent. That was enough.

Spud, the match aside, I thought the abuse he was getting was totally uncalled for. Their fans were actually singing...
