Wait till we go 2-0 down and bring on 4 subs, Murphy anonymous yet again just like sunday yet stays on its time Barnes started instead of him.

Has their defence in any way sweated.

Our lack of desire and attitude has worried me most tonight.

    I didn't expect a win but that. . . wasn't inspiring.

That was about as easy a second half as Liverpool could possibly have had.

    Completely!

Been saying for a while that even with his contributions up front, which have been canny, I?ve been watching him? at SJP for the home games and on the box, and he is the only player I have seen who is petrified of either taking players on or putting a tackle in.

He doesn?t do it? he?ll always get rid of the ball instead of trying to take a player on, regardless of it being the right move or not? put anyone on him and he?s just dead-weight? all his contributions have come when he has space to cross or shoot.

Big Joe a massive miss, midfield balance f**ked again without him? Miley still developing, Willock too light-weight, and Longstaff is a lot of running by with nothing to really show for it.

Burn and Schar showing their age, Liverpool are the best counter attacking team in the league, they have pace to burn and are far more mobile in midfield and attack.

Seems in the summer we need a lot of players, am sure we?ll see a busy window mind this time, but that squad needs a Big Joe-like option, a RCB with more pace, a RW who isn?t scared of any possible human contact, a striker and a quality keeper to replace Pope (with him going out so Eddie can?t just chuck him back in for no good reason).

Still got 11 games left to play, out of them Brighton, Villa, Chelsea (if they find any form) and Arsenal are the ones that will (on paper) make or break this seasons final position.

Even with a full first team last night was always gonna be hard, let?s hope that kicks the players up the ass for the final, and makes Liverpool a little too confident going into it.

Totally nausiating listening to the commentators and the post match asss kiss. Totally predictable result Do the league really want this "groundhog day"scenario where no team is allowed to challenge the status quo? Do the fans? 3 windows with no reinforcements where City under investigation are allowed spend over 200 in January alone, a billion for Chelsea etc etc.

I mean, it must be just feel like hollow success for these teams, how can they enjoy it?.

....a loss was a far gone conclusion. I'd have preferred EH put out a B side TBH, waste of time that, Wilson was too rusty and was never going to affect play and I cannot understand why Gordon wasn't unleashed on the left against Arnold all game.
