Excellent! You tied into a Tony Orlando reference effortlessly

Farke does have a resemblance to an older version of Tony Orlando

Farke seems to have finally realised you can not keep playing tippy tappy football at this level and also figured out albeit by chance that you can change formation when needs be.
Also good to see he has started making the subs earlier of late.

Was he ever really in danger of being sacked I would suggest he was given the games lost prior to the City game.

Credit to him for the recent performances but we are still stuck in the survival battle with some very tricky games to come.

I think that Farke has realized the following:
    1. We lack a quality striker, so to compensate, we play 2 up front.
    2. Ao Tanaka is premiership quality. This has surprised me.
    3. The lads simply do not play consistently away from home. No surprise.

I am really hoping for a break out game Sunday. This is a biggie. The squad is on a roll and feeling good. Farke has tried some new things and is a lot less predictable. The mid game adjustments have been superb.

It helps that the Bees haven't had a great season and, frankly, his smug interview the other day should show well on the bulletin board. Farke seems willing to sub much quicker for players having an off game and we are expected to loss since their home record is so good.

Win this one and we are on a big roll going into the palace and sunderland games. Those teams are getting hit really hard by the African cup and we are not.

Lot of good things could happen fast for us. However, we do have a way of stubbing our toe.

Sunderland are losing six players to the African Nations cup, Palace and Liverpool just one each.

Coach needs to work Gnonto a little bit more. watched him post game and he's a little bummed on the super sub role. Not sure what the solution is but he's an important piece.

Sarr is gone for Palace at AFCON. That's a big blow for them.

6 players for the black cats!!!
