    Fair point that.

    Mellow, etc.
You and a few others seem to think just getting rid of MH will cure it all. I am just saying too much has happened previously for anyone until the summer to sort it out. Whether MH has made errors, we all do, even you. How much it has contributed is debatable.
Just the same as injuries, young players, old players, some looking not bothered.

Clear the old or prone out first, then get experienced in with a sound body, then see how we fair, regardless of manager. This window with lack of money was only ever going to be a patch up. 4 games and could have been win and 3 draws. That was not possible a while back. Same manager.

And yes, still undecided on him.

Nombe is about 70% I would say. Not much point having a big man if people or HM do not want it lump up.

Defence….yep exactly. Young kids and Jules.

We do lump it up most of the time then it comes straight back at us.

We can stay up alot more chance with a manager who if he can will bring Ayres back & Duncan send a search party out to locate him!

Actually I've said just the opposite!!
I've pointed out that we've sacked 3 previous managers (two of them very experienced) and things have steadily got worse.
So I'm questioning why some people think sacking the current manager will miraculously improve things.
It will be just like putting a plaster on a big, festering sore but no-one is coming up with a realistic solution to cure the infection.

I have stated multiple times what I think should have been done, not going over again for you just because you want to focus on the poster rather than debate the subject. The club is full of people that have failed the fans

You certainly describe what you see as the problems at the club ad infinitum and we're not disagreeing with you.
It's easy to identify what is wrong but harder to resolve the problems. Maybe you have some realistic answers?
    Stop being so sensitive!

Perhaps we could have done with signing
ex-Millers player Angus MacDonald, who signed for Barrow FC yesterday, as a free agent.
Fair enough been without a club for a bit, but
    a experienced centre-back.
Short term deal to end of season.

How is it unrealistic to expect the chairman to attend to the club when we needed him around Christmas? How is it unrealistic to expect the club to address the lack of full employees in key roles that have a direct impact on our injury crisis. How is it unrealistic to expect the COO to actually take control of operations? How is it unrealistic to ask the club to bring in external consultants to help with the injury situation, something that other clubs do? What is unrealistic is to recruit injury prone players, and expect to have them available when needed.
I am not sensitive I just tire of people that focus on the poster, criticise other opinions but actually do not have any constructive ideas of their own. What are your great ideas?

Because they don?t know what to say apart from call you unreasonable or not looking at the bigger picture.
It?s like calling everyone right wing as an example nothing to back it up just lazy criticism.
Tbf to mellow he has been balanced generally imo.

There you go again, lashing out.
I'm not criticising you or anybody else and I actually agree with most of what you and a lot of others say.
I don't have any "great ideas" but I do think the club has been stuck in a time warp for several years now and I can't see anything changing unless there is a change of ownership and a complete restructuring of the board and senior management at the club.
Some people will say "be careful what you wish for" but the club is in a downward spiral and in my opinion needs fresh, modern thinking to arrest the decline.
Unfortunately that's just my wish list and it probably won't happen and I suspect we'll just see the autocrat sack the fourth manager since Paul Warne left and nothing will magically improve.
    It's a mess!
