Bar the big four of LaLiga, Bundesliga, EPL and Serie A (and possibly Portugal), pretty well every other league in Europe have called their Leagues as they stood with no Null and Voiding going on. So it’s not like we are an outlier here in all this. And the only reason the big leagues cracked on was that they had the money to organise the testing and management that was necessary to do it. So basically they can argue over the semantics of it, but how Hearts and Thistle can argue over the basic principle of calling the leagues I don’t know. I can’t think of any precedent elsewhere they can use against it. And that now includes France as we’ve seen recently.

My understanding of arbitration, which might be wrong, is to find some middle ground to suit both parties.
In this case compensation to Hearts and Partick who remain relegated.
The QC’s do not represent either of the parties but are there to make a decision based on the facts.
They are all on the SFA list so we can hope they will favour the SPFL but not guaranteed.
Worst case is that they agree with Hearts and we stay in the Championship.
And there is no appeal.

Celtic stripped of their 9 in a row title and not allowed to play in Champions League as not technically champions.???? Can't see that happening but should if Utd, Raith and Cove are not promoted.

As apt as it may be, haven't seen Tranmere Rovers kicking up any fuss about their relegation and they'd have more of a gripe than Hearts...

Yeah this part of Hearts case really gets my goat. How can it be ok for them to say "oh we don't want to stop titles being awarded or European places to be affected but we don't think any **** else should be rewarded for winning their respective leagues" not surprising they didn't want to engage in warfare against the uglies now is it, bitch knows full well that's a losing battle, better to take on some Diddy teams in court instead. Despicable and I will entirely give up on Scottish football if the SFA sanction this. Fwiw I just can't see them doing that.

knuckle draggers. I hate how Budge has dragged us into this. What are they saying that we should just say ah on you go we will stay down then - ffs really? thick cvnts. Issue is we could have played remaining games we would have gone up (100%) hearts probably down (75% certain) thistle would probably have stayed up though, dunno about stranraer. It isnt right to reconstruct league BUT 1) clubs shouldnt have voted for that (but hey hearts voted for the system so the can suck their own cocks) 2) we should have waited (but clubs needed cash) and 3) SPFL have made a right mess of everything (and not just this).
