Just going to comment on it MT.

The 2 players terminating their contracts was some what expected, after repeated
contract breaches by the previous owner of Wigan Athletic.

Could some more players decide to abandon the DW stadium, with Will Keane signing
for Preston North end, plus 2 coaches going to Deepdale from Wigan Athletic.

Jack Whatmough could end up at P.N.E. after they showed interest before, now can get
the player for a signing on fee, a lot cheaper.

Massive 'trouble at their mill' so to speak. Their initial minus points for this coming season may well see them drop even further down the league(s). I wonder who the next club is going to be that will start to hit meltdown? Greedy agents is what's killing the game and causing untold monetary damage to club owners but, they still continue to play ridiculous amounts to land a player.....serves them right.

I bet they are, including a number of other cship clubs. I read Ipswich might make an approach but that was 2 months ago
