Ridiculous. Cambridge United owe their League One status to Mark Bonner, both getting them there and keeping them there. In terms of expectations, what sort of fantasy world do these clubs live in? And what half-way decent manager would join a club that treats successful incumbents like that?
On a related note, congratulations to Wayne Rooney and Birmingham on managing to beat rock-bottom Sheffield Wednesday. That "winning mentality" is clearly kicking in at last. Win the next five games and they'll equal the record of the guy they sacked!
