    i know GB but i sensationally announced Jocky and Ed (he's dead of course) as managerial team

    So an announcement is hoped to be made next week according to STV news tonight.

    If as anticipated it is Courts then the process has been a shambles from beginning to end and if no other candidate was seriously considered should have been done before now.

    I would be disappointed if no other candidate's were to be considered if an internal appointment was made.

    Hopefully Monday or Tuesday it is by the very latest as it will be very poor to let this go on any longer.

    Really hope out of all the candidates listed that we go for Toshack. Been reading a few articles about him and he he sounds like a good fit. Clear proven track record in youth development with Swansea and sounds like someone who would earn the respect of the players (which I don't think Courts will do), get the mentality right and ultimately get them winning games. Both him and his trusty no.2 are available right now.
