The disciples of the cult of Trump seem to be quite happy to pass off anything stupid that he utters as a joke or should not be taken seriously. Basically holding him to no standards whatsoever whilst simultaneously holding other world leaders to higher standards.

It's amazing how far some members of the human race can be dragged in to support this complete and utter farce. It would be both funny and fascinating if it had no real-world consequences.

In Trumpland hypocrisy is not a thing. It seems that as a concept it just doesn't register at all. The cognitive dissonance is on another level.
