Yes, I remember him. He was supposed to be very highly rated but made zero impact for us in the few games he played. I remember watching a reserve game v Hibs that season and he was involved - totally disinterested and just kicked the ball away every time it came to him.

Just remember him in a derby opener (1-1 or 0-0), was average for us

Sportsound has the funs game as their main comms game, sounds like a few hundred in attendance like a junior game or something

Should be a comfy win for the not finished top 4 in over 60 year funsters 😏

Watched the game against Saints. What can I say, that performance first half was great. Getting to the byline and hitting in crosses low and hard brought about our goal. Backheel to play in Pappoe was a delight. Naamo should have scored but he delayed and duffed the chance by then.

Bert Esselink reminded me about a Uruguayan who played many years ago in a reserve match for United. Bert scored a great goal and his distribution was excellent. I'd go as far as saying his composure and reading of the game was similar to that of another great foreigner for us, Siggi Jonsson.

Thought we were excellent in that first 65 minutes given that some of the players had only just arrived and others are still getting to know team mates etc
We played some beautiful stuff without the adding to the goal tally which maybe can be put down to preseason.

Very promising. Bert was head and shoulders above everyone else and Camara was very composed. Naamo looks very versatile and strolled it.
The team looked very good for that first half. A good workout.

A couple of times we got out of shape though and got done over the top and lucky not to concede from that on 2 occasions. From 65 minutes we changed the whole team and it was a mess but not a worry as it's not something that'll happen in competitive matches.

No. It's a slap in the face to all overseas fans who subscribe to DUTV at ?17 a month. They're selling the Oldham and Strassen games on Solid Sports.
And the Strassen home match isn't available overseas on that platform either.
Edit to add. Details on United's website
