Hmm. I think there will be a couple of stages to this " revolution"
First thing is to get a " harder " attitude to the squad. And experienced pro's who do not have the " made in Scotlad/ bow ro the cheeks" attirude is crucial to that. Then mix in talented kids who can learn from the old pro attirude.
Then , once this current ," loser" attirude is broken , you build with more and more skilled youngster. Oh aye , still need to being in a few more skilled old pro's who also don't have the weegie/old infirm respect attitude. ?
I might be being biased because he’s from my neck of the woods but I think Anderson should’ve got 6 months to prove himself under the new regime .
4 starts was all he’s had for us and he’s been with the club since a loon .
Disappointed for him but it’s Glass’ decision, he seems to be building quite an old squad so far which is quite concerning.
4 signings so far all 30 or over.
In hindsight he should have been given a go before the three loan signings but he wouldn't have scored playing the way we have. He started well at Hamilton then drifted away. Harder place to go but he's still been given a go there.
It's a shame but if he wasn't local then nobody would really care.
Wish him all the best though.
I agree. Experienced old codgers , and bring on the youngsters to learn a bit more , when the ald eens run out of puff !!
Shiuld be the near future for Consodine too.
Won't be surprised if we still eventually get a loan or two from england though ? Some of thopeir big clubs fair horde the young talent ?
