3 episodes left, buckle up. I just hope the big ginger wildling guy finally gets his hole off the big woman
I was a bit miffed at the use of the Dathraki. I thought they would have be more use on a flanking or pincer movement. That was a suicide mission.

Lots of moans about how that should have been the finale but Cersi is a bigger bad ass.

How did Ghost survive, where did he go?

Not sure about Ghost, was he not seen steaming in beside Jorah Mormont on their ill fated first attack? A few of them managed to escape and retreat in pure bewilderment but can't remember seeing the wolf.

3 episodes left and no idea what is going to happen. I'd imagine the next episode has to slow down just a little bit to let everyone get their breath back before setting up a final 2 episode showdown to see who claims the throne.

I agree about the Dothraki. It was an impressive shot, with the flaming swords charging across the plain then slowly extinguishing. But made no sense tactically charging an unknown opponent, basically providing the army of the undead with fresh supplies.

    From next weeks trailer:-

You're correct, after the doomed Dothraki charge, only Jorah and a couple of stragglers made it back. Lord knows where Ghost went. tbh, the direwolves have been treated like sh!t since season 3. Jon doesn't even bother to acknowledge Ghost's existence anymore, he's just been tossed into episodes randomly as pure fan service.

I guess they are going to mosey on down the kingsroad in time for the last episode's battle near King's Landing.

Apparently it's down to budgets. They cost a lot to animate. I didn't think they had a limited budget after last night's episode.

It was a really impressive shot but Jorah looked to slow down. They didn't really make much use of their catapults, trebuchets and dragons. A very disjointed defence. Maybe it was the lack of preparation or too many leaders. Still, a wins a win.

I think all the main characters are going to die with the exception of one of the good guys.

I don't understand people going on about it being unrealistic when so many people watch Line of Duty and Luther.

I dunno, the showrunners seem to have lost their nerve about bumping big characters off the more they have left the source material behind. If I was to pick 3 to die, I'd go Hound, Jon, Briene. Sessions.

I can't see the hound dying, he's been close too many times before. He's wanted to end it himself a couple times so it would need to be something pretty spectacular for the scriptwriters to bump him off now. Only person I can see him dying for is Arya.

Agree about Briene though, she'll be toast at some point.

Jeezo, must I explain military tactics to you amateurs every time? The thing with catapults is that they’re range weapons. The thing with the undead, is that they like to fight hand to hand. They were always going to be a use once weapon. As for the Dothraki, they fight on horses. Where were you planning on putting them, if not at the front? It’s nice you all take an interest in these matters but it’s best left to the professionals.

I think the hound will die killing the mountain, which will be a bit cheesey

I reckon Cleganebowl will be a fight to the death for both of them. Jon's was brought back to fulfill a purpose just as Beric was. Briene's death (Bronn, accidentally?) will be the reason Jaime kills Cersei.
