How can you behave like criminals? These are supposed to be mature caring individuals, not like mad dogs fighting for every scrap, ignoring consequences.

And if it was me, there would be consequences. When we leave, and they want something from us, i would remind them of their behaviour during this time, and punish them for it.

For instance, if we sold oil to the world for a dollar, i would charge the French five. And when they scream why, my reply would be because your counts. And i wont be wrong. In this world, in reply to the previous comments about looking out for yourself, unless you do that first, you will be dead in five minutes.

With a bit of abuse thrown in, guess what, you get respected as well. Ask any dictator.

Now step two in education, you play fair with me, i play fair with you, and will even reward you for it. Simple really. But not for the psychos in the EU. Nazis never die.

Excellent summary - but we probably disagree about who it's describing!

Given up arguing, Boris ****s everyone over and it's explained away by the right. If Brexit turns out to be a complete **** show then they'll be excuses a, b and c why it's not the tories or leavers fault. Even a slight acknowledgement of it being a mess will be followed by yeah but we have to wait 40 years to start seeing the real benefits so you just wait (even though those benefits will be miles behind wherw we would have been if we'd have just left it. I personally can't wait for food prices to rise or eat US products, yippppeeeeee)

What won't happen beyond any doubt is the right will admit Boris is a self serving, odious man not qualified to run the country and leavers will take full blame for the economic/living standards fall out from Brexit. Never going to happen so no point talking to a wall for 4 years about it is there.

Can't wait for the season to start instead tbh.

Nancy Pelosi answers a @itvnews question with a stinging rebuke & dire warning to UK government. “How can they walk away from an international agreement?” She makes abundantly clear there will be no UK-US trade agreement - which for @BorisJohnson is the crown jewels of Brexit.

    From David Allen Green,

‘This morning it all still seems so bizarre

A Conservative government is risking a full-blown constitutional crisis and destroying its international reputation over...

...increasing the role of public sector in subsidising otherwise uncompetitive private sector businesses

    Odd’

That left leaning pr@t? I'd sooner read the Beano, far more believable.

Green is a blogger on his own blog, and previously one under the name Jack of Kent (named after Jack o' Kent[17]), is a columnist on law and policy for the Financial Times;[5] and has contributed to the New Statesman, The Guardian, The Lawyer, and the New Scientist in the past. He has been a guest on the Remainiacs podcast several times in 2019, and has used his expertise to explain aspects of United Kingdom constitutional law as they relate to Brexit and the 2019 British prorogation controversy.[18]

Look at the mess Labour left us with (2010)
    The remainers scuppered it
    Covid-19
    Jeremy Cornyn

Doesn't she feature in the Guinness Book of Records? The only person who's ever been embalmed while still alive. She was at her hairdresser the other week getting a top up on her fluids. Her party is not even in power and not likely to be. C'mon Biffa..............

Countygump vs BFP is a match made in heaven for ad hominem attacks and taking political pot shots with little serious discussion of the substance of the issue.

Both avid Twitter users I believe. Coincidence? How much worse has politics got since people started using social media for news and politics?

I just hope I've misunderstood the meaning of 'Ad Hominem'.
