It's you. After working closely with a lot of psychological therapists, I have said before that your behaviour at times is borderline Psychotic.

No it isn't a 'squad game' - it's a game for your 11 best players.

Absolute rubbish - the higher up the leagues you go the more it becomes a squad game. At our level it's more of a 'best XI' game because we just can't afford strength in depth, we have to plug the gaps with untried youth players, but the money you have spent should mean the back-up players are of at least a reasonable standard. I can remember posts on here early last season (which I actually agreed with) suggesting your second XI was almost as strong as your starting XI. You didn't fail because of injuries, you failed beacause you didn't have the guts and bottle of the teams who finished above you.
