However this is better together UK where its better to make a Downs Syndrome laddie who cant read and write sit a test before we agree hes not fit for work and pay his benefit. We also would rather tax folk for having and extra bedroom but happy to pay the Queen £397 million to renovate her 306 spare rooms. This country is sheer poison and the right wing media do a great job of demonizing the wrong people in our society. Robert Maxwell screwed the Mirror Group Pensioners 30 years ago and we had WM up in arms saying we had to legislate to ensure ordinary don't pick up the tab again. Guess what 30 years later Sir BHS does it all over again.

It took successive Governments 350 years to accumulate £1 Trillion pound National Debt. The Tories will double that to £2 Trillion in just 10 years. Anyone who can suggest for one minute that an Ind Scottish Government could be worse seriously needs locked up. Even worse, that financial incompetence was all underpinned by £642 billion pounds worth of North Sea Oil. The UK has been systematically off the scale in terms of financial incompetence there is NO case for the defence. We couldn't do any worse on our own.

Far be it for me to stick up for someone saving that kind of tax, they are not breaking the law.

This isn't new to save those billionaires even more money, it's all legal and above board.

If you were to inherit property or cash your advisors would use the same laws to save you money. If anything needs changed it's the system.

The SNP want to reduce various taxes so companies pay less by locating to Scotland. It's a bit sanctimonious of the separatists to have a go at others for doing what the Scottish government will do.

Reducing Air Passenger Duty Tax won't help the NHS in Scotland one bit.

The SNP had the opportunity to vote through a Labour resolution to increase the top rate of tax by 1p to be spent on education....and they voted with the Tories AGAINST it.

Labour had 8 years to raise taxes, bit cynical of them to support it now. That's not to say the SNP shouldn't raise them, even though it would be political suicide which labour are banking on.
