For a true right winger, according to your definition, state should not intervene, and our businesses should continue to import as much labour as they like. The only regulator is market forces: the companies should pay just enough to undercut UK workforce demands and entice foreign labour over here - so as to keep wages low and maximise profits.
This my friend is what you are truly supporting as a supreme, 'extreme' right winger. You can only get the immigration controls you like with state intervention to impose those controls, and you are completely against that aren't you? To impose state controls would be to deny true deregulation from the state, weakening potential company returns in a 'survival of the fittest' mentality that the far right desire.
