Think you have your facts wrong son.Hall sold the club when Shepard was in hospital.They fell out over it As did Hall with his son.As he was majority shareholder Shepard had to sell his remaining shares.Are you telling me that for 3 years while Hall was apparently trying to sell the club Shepard never got wind of it.Not a chance.
It fits your argument.Fancy siding with a barrow boy who even shafted his own parents and stabbed a club legend like Keegan in the back.Shame on you as a Newcastle fan(supposedly).

Because I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as people are making out.
This is a built up bandwagon jumping contest that's basically started from one thing and led to every little snippet that could be deemed wrong about the club which totally eclipses what is and has been done right to those people.

You have your opinion on what's wrong and right and so do I.

I've said it time and time again that Ashley's done a lot of bad within the club with mistakes and porky pies but he's also done a lot of good whether you agree with that or not.

It's not what he wanted me to believe. It was as plain as day the state the club was in.

I don't side with anyone unless I see something I feel in agreement with.
All I can do with any issue from any person(s) is speculate on what the reality might be just like you and everyone else outside of the loop does.
Like I said before. Mass opinion does not make something a fact, it just makes the opinion a more popular choice and an easy opinion to follow.

I will choose to believe club legends like Shearer and Keegan.

Choose to believe whoever you want to, it's your right.
Until you know the facts you will naturally speculate, just like I do.

Also there's truth's and then there's selective wording pertaining to what is part truth but never a whole fact.
Basically all parties will embellish the stuff they feel the public eye will be most interested in, especially if it's about themselves.
That's just a natural thing and we would all do it in the circumstances of where we found ourselves.

I'll have my say in how I feel things are from my point of view.
I cannot dissect any book if I don't know the true facts myself but I can question stuff and have opinions on it, whether that fits a narrative or not.
