The foundation need to be transparent now given the clubs statement, it's the only way to clear the air

Totally agree. It'd be useful for them to clarify what the point of their existence is too (for non members) if they would like the broader fan base to sympathise with their position.

I don't know anything about these supporters groups, apart from that I buy my 50/50 ticket at half time, why are they untrustworthy?

I for one didn't realise that DUSF were still in existence I bet I'm not the only United fan surprised that they are.

I think the 50/50 half time draw is run by the Dundee United Development Association, not DUSF.

It says arabtrust on the ticket. I'm not really bothered about that though I just wanted to know why people see these fans groups as untrustworthy?

Because of a history of statements like those yesterday probably. Money and ego.

One thing that frustrated me about the end of the Thomson era was the number of groups that were popping up claiming to be the voice of the United support. I did hope that MO was gonna be a man of his word and reduce the number of these factions to find a way to allow the real voice of our fans to be heard, but with the statement, i think the ball is heading for an own goal and he needs a clearance off the line to save some face.

The main thing is though, MO seems to be steering us in the right direction at last and we can do without people creating bumps in the road for their own entertainment!

Sounds to me like we have a man in charge who's gonna take no **** from anyone, fans group or no fans group. Sounds like they've gotten a wee bit too big for their boots and he's had to put them in their place.
