League reconstruction is all about not relegating Hearts.
No other scenario will be on the table imo. Talk of it being 14 teams this year then going back to 10 or even 12 the following year, if that's true then there isnt a hope in hell of it getting passed. It has to be a 14 team top league and remain at 14.

it would seem the only way to get league reconstruction talks started was to vote yes,
for the Fun to suddenly turn and vote yes would suggest the 75% had to be reached in all leagues for talks to happen
