Don't know if anyone follows Scottish football but Gary Holt resigns as manager of Livingston.

Difficult decision for Holt by the sounds of it.

Shrewsbury Town appoint Steve Cotterill as manager.
Media were hinting at Paul Hurst going back, but Shrewsbury board could have thought he left the club, to go to Ipswich, so no return.

Wayne Rooney organised a meeting with Derby County players, at the training ground Friday morning.
Where Rooney told the Derby County players he will be in charge of team affairs, for the foreseeable future, seems he is not going to play himself, instead direct the team from the touchline.

Not playing but directing, is he still going to claim his awesome wage for not playing? Sounds like he's halfway there to being their new Manager. This must have had the blessing of McCLaren from upstairs.

Ive got nowt against Derby, but if they're going to struggle in and around the drop zone this season, then that suits me and my Tykes lol.
Carry on Rooney kid, your a brilliant choice as player coach/manager.

His wage packet could well have been the main problem in the first place so making him manager could have the exact effect we would like
