    By the way Islay, in the set-up to be introduced tomorrow, Tiers 1-3 in Scotland roughly correspond to Tiers 1-3 in England. England are going to be entering Scotland's equivalent of Tier 4 on Thursday but the tories will call it something else because following Scotgov's model would be too embarrassing for them.
