I'm really struggling to add anything positive and if we constantly play 451 like we did last time in the champ why should we expect anything than a struggle.
OwI have a positive. That performance should see crooks dropped for a while. We can't afford free rides and he was taking the pizz tonight

I would suggest most off you lot have a good cry tonight, get it out of Yr system and get behind the lads for Saturday. We are a good league one team but not quite good enough for the championship. The chairman carnt or won't splash the necessary cash to keep us in the championship and what with the current situation of covid you carnt really blame him. Try to enjoy this season and support our team, some other teams will go bust.

Do you think it has no relevance to how the games are going?

    You may be correct.

But one thing is certain, it's not helping, so why not drop it and see what happens?

Whatever point they were trying to make has surely been made.

    Beyond an effing joke

Mattock hobbled off after 15 mins.not sure if he he has ever got fully fit since his last injury. Dee dar saying s mac out for 10 weeks with a broken leg. Jones out for 3 weeks with knee injury. Then we still have the the long term injuries to Robertson and ogbene. I think there is a common denominator here warney. I wish you would spend more time getting our forwards to aim at a big net than getting them to be over fit. I don't care if they can't run aimlessly around for 90 minutes I would prefer it if they only last 45 and can put the ball in the back of the net. We can always put a sub on if they get knacked.stop the fittest team In the league bollax and aim to get them to be the best team.in the league for scoring goals. AT the end of the day it is what goes in the opposition's goals that matter not the fact that players can run all day. We love you to bits warney but we need guile in this league more than stamina if we are to stay up.

That second half performance is relegation form.
Compared to last time we were in the Championship after ten games we are this season one point better off, conceded four less goals and scored one more than last time.

Reasonable first half and in control for most of it. Both wide men playing well, midfield and defence were doing okay, don't know what the team talk at half-time was but it didn't work. Awful second half and Luton stepped it up a gear and went on to control the game.
Substitutions for us made no difference at all.
    Certainly a game to forget.

But how do we “ get behind the lads” ?

Even the few watching on iFollow must be starting to think it’s a waste of money

As soon as we fall behind you might as well turn the telly off anyway grist. We never looked like getting back in to the game at stoke or today. Might as well concede the game and rest em.up for the next game when we go behind.

After the Stoke game in his post match ramble PW said:-

“I don't think we created enough today. We came here to win but we just looked jaded from midweek. That is on me and I should have made more changes. I could have made changes but we played well in midweek so it is hard to make the changes”

If that was a reasonable summary, what happened tonight?

Still jaded I would expect, no real significant changes, same mistake made

Don’t think it’s working with Hurst.
I would stop the two winger experiment and bring in Sadlier.
It is so predictable. We cannot even hold a 0-0. You could tell what was going to happen.

    Not good enough.

Oh and now only two in front of Wycombe & Preston won 3-0 at Reading and are next in town on Saturday.
I agree with you Nardendee. I would also have Ladapo, Vassell and Sadlier in the starting XI on Saturday. We must try something different than the one up top to try and start scoring!
