The photo is idiotic and should not have happened. However, it smells to me like someone has been sitting on this waiting for a time that would do maximum damage to the club, the timing is just too perfect so it'll be interesting to find out exactly when this was taken. I stress, there is no justification for it happening at all though.

Like say within a fortnight of a home game vs Sevco, a difficult fixture for them as they play away in Europe three days before...

This. All it takes is for someone to say no. I'm struggling to get my head around 40 odd guys thinking this was okay.

Ironically this comes out the very day Utd are sending emails to season ticket holders hoping for a waiver on next seasons season ticket discount that they're due us. They've probably just earned themselves a hefty suspended fine and pissed off a good few fans who have parted with their hard earned to help keep the club going.

The thing is though that if they were absolutely desperate (for whatever reason) to have a team photo done, then it could have been done in a Covid responsible manner with perhaps the team correctly socially distanced sitting in seats in the Dode Fox for instance. It just seems unbelievable that they’ve done this and it’s likely going to cost us - not in money but most importantly in points not won.

This team photograph should not have been organised in the current situation. Stupid and gives the usual others a stick to beat the club with.

However these players are training together, playing matches, travelling. Definite sense of this being blown out of all proportion. Not as if they are all sitting together in the pub getting pished.

Wonder how many other clubs have taken squad photos, and similar, and are hoping it doesn’t get out now. Interesting timing with a high degree of s.hit stirring. Wonder who stirred it.

Do all staff get tested weekly or is it just the players? Bearing in mind all non-playing staff (excluding the coaches) wear masks on match day.

Yeah the Serbia scenario. Loved every minute of the players enjoying it in the dressing room after, was great for the whole nation however should we now be banning celebrations like that ? Celebrating a goal, hugging colleagues, the usual stuff after scoring. That’s all ok but not being outside in a team group for a photograph . Seems bizarre .

AND I emphasise I agree the photo should not have been taken or organised. Utterly stupid, unless squad photos have been authorised or guidelines issued for same, which looks doubtful.
