How the hell has Vassell made a living out of football when he can't even do two of the most basic things, ie control the ball and pass the ball? He is dreadful, so bad in fact that I can't see anybody being stupid enough to take him off our hands.
I would offer to drive Hirst back to Leicester myself but, unfortunately lockdown rules won't let me!
I agree, could you squeeze Blackman in as well

Well our Manager did exactly what he said he was going to do and huge credit to him for that.
There's No fun in sitting back and not getting out of our own half he said.
Well he set up the team to attack the opposition and have a fun day out. That's what life is about and they certainly did that.

Matt Olusunde said before the game its an opportunity for all the players to show what they can do and put themselves in the shop window. He certainly did that and then some.

Expect a big fat bid from Ancelotti on Monday morning

I think Olasunde has the makings of a gerry forrest. He has rubber legs and is developing silky skills. If he gets consistency into his game he will be off. If we had someone similar at left back we would be up this league in no time. If we dont get anyone else this window we need to get a quality left back and a decent forward. That could be enough to keep us up. Go for it TS.

Vass couldn't carry my shopping without an incident(and Blackman)...

Only watched from just after we scored, but thought they did well until they ran out of steam. Same old story though, sloppy defending and not taking chances...

Kicking off this season with only Smith, Freddie, and Vassell, then Hirst on loan was criminal, what was the management thinking in where were the goals coming from??. Must admit that Hirst looked, on paper, a good signing, and i would persevere with him, at least he can control a ball. Did we try to get anyone else??

Vassell career numbers.... 254 apps 45 goals

22 of them in two years for Blackpool. 4 in 55 for us .
