Just to add , while I'm feeling quite good ???, recruitment ? Not sure if some are/ we're familiar with it , times have changed however and not for the best ? I used to go player watching/scouting , if I was on my own , I would take details and pass them on to a club scout , he would then pass the info on to the Club after assessment of his own , some turned out good , others IMHO weren't given a good enough chance , here's some of my recomendations ,
Che Adams playing for Alfreton , now in premier league ,
Bradley Ash playing for Welwyn Garden City, now at Weymouth !
Stephan Payne playing for Dover , now at Tranmere ?
Kayden Jackson paying for Guiseley , now at ?? Ipswich ?
Jacob Brown also playing at Guiseley , now at Stoke ,
Ben Williams played at Blackburn , now with us ,
And amazingly I went to a North West reserve game , with a local scout , he was to watch and monitor a certain player , after half an hour he said " I think there's someone better than who I'm suppose to be watching , I agreed , didn't know at the time who he was , after the match my mate went to have a chat with respective parties , it was Callum Styles , unbelievably a few months after my mate and many other trusted local scouts we're no longer required for some reason? To those that suck up to these present Owners/Incumbants have a rethink , it's OK if it's going their way , if it's not ?????????? They really don't give a tom t it about the fans or the Town,

Av forgot ta mention SB Av bin gerrin rarnd res a bit , to build mi strength up !! Plus a can of guiness ! That 100 mile walk a did plus 300 others in July , grand total of ovva 41k for Barnsley Hospice , which is brilliant , Carncil arr draining Res at minit, hardly any watta left narr? So a carnt drarnd missen !!!
