roly, it will be some time before I return to the States cos I'm not convinced they've handled the covid situation situation well at all.
I get regular updates from friends over there and it is still rife and rising. We've completed 30 Sates to date but I cannot see us realising our dream of doing all 50 now due to the situation.

I keep threatening to join PokermillersSwinton in walking football but never get around to it.

And I'm pleased for you pal that you are enjoying your retirement comfortably. I'm no Rothchilds just an ordinary working class retired bloke who hopefully sees many years ahead of himself. I put the years in now I enjoy my holidays abroad like everyone else chooses their choice of holidaying.

Get abroad as much as I can for the weather, culture, food, different places etc. Fishing, football, shhhh.... house husband so all the shopping and cooking that goes with it , reading, on line scrabble to keep the brain active, DIY and I love entertaining guests at our home to meals and drinking etc.

You'd be surprised. There's quite a lot of recreational cricket in the US, mainly fueled by UK, Aussie, Indian ex-pats of course.
